The optician here is amazing! Ella helped me find the perfect glasses for my face shape, skin tone, and prescription. She has a great eye for style, really knows her stuff, and completely respected my budget. I love my new frames!
Dr. Roh is an amazing eye doctor who is thorough, professional, and kind. She listens to your concerns, answers every question, and keeps the appointment focused and efficient.
Dr. Roh is super cool and nice, but the general business administration and communication of this clinic is not good. Twice now I’ve been surprised by additional fees after my appointment that could’ve easily been communicated to me ahead of time (and in one case, could have totally been avoided if they’d communicated ahead of time).
Dr. Roh has been my ophthalmologist for many years now and she is exceptional in all respects. She is extremely professional, thorough, and keeps up to date on the latest science and treatments. My eye health has been greatly improved thanks to her. The office is also kept very clean. The front desk staff has always been friendly and professional as well. The highest recommendation.
I have been a patient of Dr. Roh’s for over seven years. She attended the top school in the country and was mentored by a famous optometrist/professor. This gives me peace of mind to have an expert at that level when it comes to something as important as my vision and eye health. The front desk staff is pleasant, the location is super convenient, and there is always street parking around the corner. I highly recommend Wallingford Eye Care!
