When I first walked in everyone was nice and greeted you. There was a gentleman name Juan that was exceptional. He made sure I understood everything and he helped me pick out the right type of glasses for my face. This what customer service is all about and I would buy from this location again.
We were assisted by Juan who definitely needs some training on how to properly treat customers. He was rude and confrontational when we asked some questions about the procedures. We ended up going somewhere else.
I walked in to just get my glasses cleaned and tightened. Jomar was able to do that and more! Practically have new glasses again!
I had an amazing experience at this location! Crisly was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from helping me get the most out of my insurance to ensuring my glasses were ready in time for a special day I needed them for. I truly appreciate her dedication and great attitude. Highly recommend!
Every time I go there, I have a great experience. Not only are the prices great, but the staff are excellent as well! Jomar provides excellent customer service and has a fabulous mustache. Seriously this place is really great.
