Let me say 5 STARS TO GWEN who helped me with my frames! She was 💯💯💯 AMAZING!! Go luck actually getting an appt! The sign they have that says the days/times the Dr's are in is total BS!! It says 4 days a week! They only have someone actually in a day & a half a week & definitely seems like the Dr doesn't want 2 b there! It was going to b April b4 I could get appt &, with my job, i can not go 3 months 2 wait 4 an appt! Why have a vision center when you dont have drs?? There's other 2 Wal-Marts, (lake Mary & deland)arent much better

I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center and was helped by Gwen Morrison, Optician. Gwen was wonderful, and I truly want to recognize the entire staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, friendly, and incredibly patient. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The customer service here is absolutely stellar, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you all for making my visit such a positive experience!

My glasses lens came detached from the frame. I have never used Vision & Glasses but the service was *extraordinary*! Gwen immediately helped me and quickly repaired my glasses. I've never had such great customer service. The best!

Excellent customer service on the glasses purchasing side of the shop! Stopped by to purchase a new frame and lenses, and from the moment I stepped in, Tyler did an amazing job. A+ First, he recognized my presence with a - I will be right with you! He walked through frames and styles with me. His knowledge of frames and styles was thorough. He helped me find the best frame for me. Tyler spent over 30 minutes with me only to find out my insurance would not cover a new pair of glasses for another 4 months. Then he was nice enough to tighten up my current frame! Unparalleled service! I will be back!

I normally don't post reviews, but after the appointment I had and knowing I look at reviews online, I thought I'd share. I have a TERRIBLE fear of doctors. Always have. However, today's appointment wasn't a stuffy office with desk people who ignored you and a doctor who rushed you out after a 5 minute "chat". I came in early to fill out my new patient information and noticed they seemed very busy. Although there was a fair amount of people and it was obvious they were running behind, the women at the counter were so friendly and talkative that it passed time while waiting for other patients to finish. All of them were so sweet, they made me feel as though I've been going there for numerous years. When I got into the doctors office the wonderful women said the normal "doctor line" of "the doctor will be in shortly to see you" which in the majority of the doctors I have been to not only for myself but for my son means "have fun keeping yourself busy in an empty room for half an hour", but nope, he came not five minutes later. He was so friendly, even cracked a few jokes, and made me feel so comfortable which, like I mentioned before, isn't easy as I have serious "white coat" fear. What a lovely experience and I will be recommending anyone I know that needs a new eye doctor to go see him. It was also very fairly priced! Especially since I do not have insurance. Keep it up guys!
