Upon entering, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Dee, who promptly assisted us both. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations and handling everything seamlessly. The quality of the eyewear is excellent and clearly high-end. We will absolutely return to this location for all of our eye care needs.

I was able to get scheduled right away, and the doctor saw me quickly. He was kind and efficient, checked out my eye thoroughly, and put me at ease. Great experience overall!
Rarely do I have such a fantastic trip any Doctor. The Doctor found my perfect vision for contacts. The staff was friendly. I was in and out with new glasses on the way and contacts when I need them! Excellent experience!
My husband lost his glasses in the ocean on Sunday night, we were freaking out as he had no backup anything ! Monday morning we called here looking for a emergency solution and they got us in immediately. Within 20 minutes of walking in my husband had contacts and could see again. Thank you so much, this saved our trip !
Absolutely horrendous office. I've been here 3 times, the first - my appointment was canceled because the optometrist left early. Second - I was called at 12:45 and asked to come in earlier than my 1:20 appointment because the doctor wanted to leave early. The third (and final time), I tore a contact and asked if I could buy a single sample lens. I was told they only give samples for people who have ordered something, so I ordered a refill. Then, the woman I was dealing with said that the doctor couldn't give me anything because I didn't have a "trial prescription" (which isn't a thing...you either have a script or don't), and he wouldn't be able to help. I told her that I work next door and I could stop in immediately...then I was told that the doctor doesn't want to do it because he wants to leave early. I then contact 20/20 and they told me they'd give me a trial lense if I got my script faxed over. I called Wal-Mart back to have it faxed at 10am...it is now 4pm and the script has not been faxed. THIS is why people are losing respect for the medical profession ridiculous.
