I can’t give a full review (because I haven’t seen the doc) but I can say I was assisted today by Jennifer. She deserves 10 stars! She listened to my issues of going to a different practice in town and leaving with a prescription I didn’t agree with. She helped me pick out frames and gave me all the information of what we could do if the new prescription doesn’t work. I will be returning! And for a self paying patient with no major eye issues the prices out of pocket are not bad. Thank you Jennifer for your patience and help!

I was told once I bought my prescription eye glasses from them after getting the eye exam there, that they could give me the pupliary distance on my script. Once I did purchase and pick the glasses up it was printed out for me without the pupillary distance and I went back and asked for it and she told me the numbers and I had handed her the print out and I had to ask for a pen to write it down myself once she gave it to me and I could tell by her tone that she did not want to give it to me. If my insurance that I pay for monthly, then in turn use your eye care center for a exam and spend 215.00 on YOUR glasses just to get these numbers, then it shouldn’t be a problem to give them to me! I think I’ll just go back to Eye Haven Boutique down the road and spend hundreds more.
Best experience with choosing frames and such helpful staff. Knowledgeable to the point t of advising me my lens prescription was printed with an error. Saved me some real eye and heartache!!! Thanks, Christine for everything!!!!!🥰😘
mrs chris in the front was kind and helpful as i picked out my new frames today, and the receptionist for the optometrist is always sweet. there’s usually a bit of a wait when seeing the optometrist, but he’s efficient and good at his job.
Ordered glasses 3/17/25 and paid copay. FIVE months later receive bill for $149 which I paid immediately. Insurance said I didn’t owe. After 5weeks of waiting and calling today told another 2 weeks. Sam Walton didn’t conduct his business to hustle the elderly.
