I can’t give a full review (because I haven’t seen the doc) but I can say I was assisted today by Jennifer. She deserves 10 stars! She listened to my issues of going to a different practice in town and leaving with a prescription I didn’t agree with. She helped me pick out frames and gave me all the information of what we could do if the new prescription doesn’t work. I will be returning! And for a self paying patient with no major eye issues the prices out of pocket are not bad. Thank you Jennifer for your patience and help!
mrs chris in the front was kind and helpful as i picked out my new frames today, and the receptionist for the optometrist is always sweet. there’s usually a bit of a wait when seeing the optometrist, but he’s efficient and good at his job.
Ordered glasses 3/17/25 and paid copay. FIVE months later receive bill for $149 which I paid immediately. Insurance said I didn’t owe. After 5weeks of waiting and calling today told another 2 weeks. Sam Walton didn’t conduct his business to hustle the elderly.
This place..let me start by saying I didn't get my kids eye exams here but decided to take rx to them and ordered glasses. Was told 10 days. Once they received my kids glasses they didn't tell me that one of the lenses were chipped and it would be another 10 days to get them back. They just sent them back with not caring to inform me on the issue and when I called to check on the glasses, they act like it was a burden that I was calling in the first place. I will never buy glasses from Walmart again, EVER! They were very unprofessional and here I am almost 2 weeks later, still waiting on both of my children's prescription glasses!
