Me and my family all go here and have had great experiences every time. Doctor Lee is incredibly thorough and really helpful and knows her stuff. She always gives us a detailed explanation on what is going on with our eyes and eye health which helps me understand what exactly is happening and what I should do next. The rest of the staff there is also very friendly.

I ordered glasses June 25 or 26- here we are July 10 and I never got confirmation, they said I would get a text and nothing. Today I called inquiring and they said “ oh yea glasses are here we just forgot to update the system that’s why u never heard from us “ so if I had not called they would have a pair of glasses sitting there for weeks? Months ? Even years ? lol
Review for Walmart Davie Vision Center I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart Vision Center. I’ve been there before and had no issues, but this time was completely unacceptable. I made it clear multiple times that I only wanted a basic eye exam to get my prescription for glasses—no extra tests, no contact lens fittings, nothing beyond what my insurance covers. The doctor repeatedly assured me that I wouldn’t be charged extra for any additional procedures. Yet after the exam, they tried to charge me $175 for tests I explicitly declined. I feel misled and very upset. If they had been upfront about the costs, I would have gone elsewhere. This was not acceptable, and I want others to be aware.
i had a great experience at this vision center. The staff was friendly and welcoming
So I had used my insurance. Purchased two pair. Then I went back 3 months later because someone broke into my car and stole my book bag with my progressive lenses inside. I spoke to someone named Andrea and she spoke of a discount. When I got there she was gone and Monica helped me but then some other lady Linda came in and took the discount away and said that I wasn’t the person she spoke to. Mind you why would I pay $488 out of pocket for a pair of glasses when 1 I have insurance and 2 I paid less for two pairs?! What sense does that make. So no deal and I left. I will not be coming back here nor recommending this place. The vision check part of it was great, but the purchase glasses side is a rip off. So I got my prescription and I will shop elsewhere. With my insurance. What bothered me the most is your giving out discounts but couldn’t work with me. I would have paid the $288 for a new pair of glasses with all the trimmings but you lost a customer tryna get rich off one pair of glasses that I was paying for out of pocket.
