The doctor was very thorough and great with me and my child! Tracey helped me pick out the cutest glasses and made me aware of some deals since I was getting a few pairs. Beth was there when I picked up my glasses which came in sooo much faster than estimated. Beth modified the glasses to fit my ears and face perfect. Amazing service and selections! I even left with my script written down so I could retain for my records. Hands down best opt experience.

The service here is outstanding. I came to look for sunglasses as I had bought my regular glasses here December 2024. Maria greeted me and helped me look for frames. She told me that if I bought regular glasses, sunglasses would be 35% off. So I thought that was a great deal. While Maria was helping, Linda came to see how my choices fit especially the bridge of my nose. After I made my selection, Linda took lens measurements. Today when I arrived to pick up both pairs (via email notice), Kelly greeted me, and I told her I was here to pick up the 2 glasses. She brought them out for me to try on. They fit perfect. She had made the adjustments. Eileen was also part of my final fitting, cleaning and making sure they were ready for me. I am most impressed with their professionalism, personalities, and genuine concern that I would select the right frames that fit me well.

The staff at this vision center, especially the manager, Tracey, and opticians Beth, Kelly, and Carlos are knowledgeable, dedicated, and go the extra mile to insure that you will have a great experience at their store. They have earned my loyalty, and I can submit a positive review without hesitation. Go there. You will not be disappointed. You will find great service, a friendly atmosphere, and competitive prices.

I have been a steady customer now about 3 years. The service is impeccable. The myriad of frames to choose from is amazing. Beth is my go to specialist when I need assistance. The prices on frames is outstanding. Great neighborhood vision center. I highly recommend Walmart Vision Center at the Brooksville store on Cortez. Great place to get glasses and frames.
