We had researched the reviews of all the optometrist places in our county and Visionworks on Cortez Boulevard had the best reviews. We would highly recommend this store for anyone who is needing eyeglasses. The girls in the front of the shop were very helpful and attentive, and Dr. Hayes was phenomenal. His knowledge and personality were above and beyond what we expected. A special shout out to Craig who helped us pick out our frames in an expert manner, and he handled our insurance for us and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend the store and will be customers forever!

Clark has taken good care of me and my friend. He seems to be knowageable about eyes and eye care. I have been impressed with him. Scott was very helpful and did a really good job helping me with my sun glasses . I would not go anywhere else except Visionworks for eye glass care.
Dr Karim was extremely thorough and professional and listened to all my concerns during my visit. He really put my mind at ease with some eye symptoms I was having. So grateful!
I wish I got the same customer service other people have praised. My eye exam was perfect, when I turned the corner to Visionworks is where it changed. Two people, one on hold on the telephone and another with a customer. Neither acknowledged me, even to let me know it would be a minute. When I was finally helped, it was simply to go over my insurance, but I had to press the woman to find out exactly what I could spend. I was told to pick out a frame, no one assisted me. Once I did, all the consultant did was try and upsell me. I had to eventually explain I was on a budget —- fairly embarrassing. When I returned for pickup, the man at the counter didn’t look up as he asked what I was there for and simply waved behind him and said to sit and wait. Of course I chose the wrong seat I had to move once the woman came over. She barely fit me, asked what I thought about the fit, and we were done. Unfortunately I am limited by insurance in my choice of eye care. Fortunately there are other Visionworks in my area.
The gentleman who took care of me was amazing, he had patience he gave good ideas and even when it came to using insurance or not using it he was able to give me the best price under the circumstances. You definitely need more people working now the time I was being taken care of of customers coming in every 10 minutes to pick up glasses that's time consuming.
