Walmart Vision Center

I have never been so happy with a service from anywhere!!! Lynda in the vision center is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She knows more about my vision insurance than the insurance agent themselves! I spent days on the phone trying to gather the information I wanted and still didn’t get anywhere. Within 5 minutes of talking with Lynda, I understood my policy and benefits better than I ever did speaking to the agents. She helped my daughter and I get the glasses we love for a great price and the whole experience was so enjoyable. Dr. Patel is also remarkable and very efficient! Not only was our initial appointment thorough but our glasses came in quicker than we expected! I highly recommend visiting this facility, you won’t regret it!

I went to the Walmart Vision Center in Pell City for the first time today and I was blown away!! We just moved here and I had to get my glasses repaired. I had purchased a warranty when I bought the glasses but it was at another Walmart store and I wasn’t sure if I could use it at the store here in Pell City. I walked in and was greeted by the manager, Tamirra Johnson , and she made me feel like I had been coming there for years. She took my glasses and did the repair and asked if I needed anything else and she was genuine!! She was knowledgeable and sincere, the store was very clean and everyone was friendly and I will be going back for all my business!! Thank you, Tamirra.

Been going here now for 3 years good service Dr Rena is very nice and the staff Is very knowledgeable .

I have to say that the ladies that work in the vision center are great. They are very nice and very helpful. I came in there with my prescription in hand to purchase a pair of sun glasses there. First of all, I went in on Friday and was told that I would get a call when they were ready, probably 1 week. However, I got a call the following Monday, that they were already done. I have went in to get adjustments on the temples, and they have been so wonderful each time, eager to get the best fit. My sunglasses were about 1/3 of the price that I was quoted from a doctors office in town. I plan to go back there for my next pair.
