Walmart Vision Center

I love the optometrist but the staff on the glasses sales side is horrible. They’ll upcharge you until you spent $500 on glasses then they give you migraines because they weren’t sized and spaced properly. And today when I called to get my inter pupillary distance from my many prescriptions and purchases there so I could order a pair online, they acted like I was an idiot who had spit in their face. Get your exam there, but never buy glasses there.

I recently had my yearly eye exam at the Chelsea Walmat Vision Center. The vision center manager is a very nice and pleasant person. She's a very knowledgeable manager. She went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Her team as a whole are great! I would recommend the Chelsea vision center to anyone.

I had two pairs of glasses with top lenses done here because I was told the Sylacauga location only services Thursdays at the moment. The experience was excellent from the start. Holly was very helpful, and the doctors made the entire process smooth.

It has a friendly and helpful staff. The optometrist, Dr. Gant, is patient and skilled. Family has been going there for years. The process is simple and straight forward. 10 out of 10. Just what we need.

This is the worse place ever to buy glasses from or to get prescription filled the manager Suzanne is VERY RUDE VERY ARGUMENTATIVE ! We went to get our prescriptions filled and purchased glasses from there and asked for my husbands old lenses back that were progressive and they tried to give me someone’s bifocals then Suzanne tells me they would NEVER make this mistake and pretty much told me I was lying about him having progressive lenses when I brought her the old prescription to her where we purchased the costa frame and progressive lenses from Eyes on Chelsea and Suzanne did not believe me called Eyes on Chelsea to confirm the prescription because the on the order and prescription it did not say costa I would not recommend anyone to go here or even deal with her the only person at this visit center that I can say that talked with sense was Rose! I have asked to speak to Suzanne supervisor and that did not happen! Take my advice do not go to Walmart visit center in Chelsea
