I have already posted a review on the Optician Donald but I just have to post another! Today he fixed my other son’s glasses and at first they seemed hopeless to fix. He went above and beyond to fix them for us and saved me a lot of money by doing so. My son’s frames are pretty expensive so I will always choose Donald as my first fix option. Thankyou so much you are an amazing, wonderful man.

The Optician Donald is amazing!! He has fixed my son’s glasses twice now both times with great results. The screw came out because the frame that holds it got bent and he was able to fix it for us. He also went above and beyond and fixed the other side that was also slightly bent without me even having to ask and adjusted them perfectly to fit my sons face. Saved me a great deal of money as these frames were not cheap. Thankyou Donald!!
Initial experience during appointment was just okay. My appointment was at 9:40 and I didn't leave until after noon, so it was very time consuming. I had come in prior to my appt and picked out my frames which were put in the system along with my insurance info by the woman working that day. When I went back to pick up my glasses, they were blurry. I asked the associate on duty if that was normal and he said no but to take them and wear them for a while and see if it straightened out. It didn't so I took everything back the next day. The MANAGER, Darlean, was working. I explained to her what the problem was. She was apathetic, unapologetic, dismissive and rude. She told me I would have to make another appointment to see the doctor, that basically, this was his problem and there was nothing she could do. I have an appointment for Tuesday, and if it goes better, I'll update my review, however, I've made up my mind that the $300+ that I spent in that Vision Center will absolutely be the last I spend there. The manager needs to take some customer service classes, apparently. Everyone else I've encountered who works there has been friendly. 5 days later... appointment was at 11am. I got there at 10:55 and didn't get to see the doctor until after 11:30. Thankfully, it was a quick re-exam to correct my prescription. The manager was there and was cordial to me today. If my glasses are correct when I pick them up, I will add a star, but this has been time consuming and inconvenient.
My glasses are broken and I was told I couldn’t order another pair because of covid restrictions. But other customers there were trying on sample glasses off the wall. So I it’s ok to browse, just as long as your not purchasing.
Donald and Darlean are awesome. They took very good care of me.The customer service is excellent.
