She was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right glasses. Yessica was incredibly helpful. I woke up and realized my glasses were missing a screw and was worried I’d be stuck without them for the day. She took care of me right away, quickly fixed the issue, and had my glasses good as new in just a few minutes. Super friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the help and I’ll definitely be back.

Came in for an eye exam, the lady pushed on my eye so much that it’s been swollen for a week since. They refuse to get me in sooner than 2 weeks from now, and want to charge me to look at what THEY did to my eye. On top of that my prescription is off, and nobody cared to make adjustments or offer any solutions. Horrible experience all around.
