I have nothing but positive things to say about this office. Dr Cabrera-Fossatti is incredibly nice and professional, and always takes time to listen to my concerns. The staff members are the sweetest as well - they always help me pick frames that best suit my face shape if I'm indecisive. 😊
Ada at the Walmart Vision Center 75th and Mcdowell, was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond for me and made what could have been a stressful situation feel quick and easy. You can tell she truly cares about people, and that kind of customer service is hard to find. I’m so grateful for her kindness and support. Thank you, Ada, for making my day and for taking such great care of me I will definitely be back!
