Walmart Vision Center

I recently visited Walmart Vision Center and initially felt a little uncomfortable and unsure about what glasses would work best for me. Lisa made the entire experience much easier and more enjoyable. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, helped me focus on styles that fit my personality, and patiently guided me through several different options. Lisa was knowledgeable, clear in explaining my choices, and never made me feel rushed. Her patience and professionalism helped me find a pair of glasses that I genuinely like and feel confident wearing. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Lisa!

I've been going for years. The staff are pleasant and very helpful. Lisa was great in getting the order generated, and getting me the best value for my $$. The selection of eye ware is good and the price and convenience make it hard to find any reason to complain.

I went to Walmart Vision Center to have a pair of eye glasses and a pair of sun glasses repaired for a missing screw. I was pleasantly greeted by Lila. I explained that I had to make a return and do some other shopping inside Walmart. Lila said leave the glasses and they will repair them while I go shop. When I got finished shopping another associate Judy had my glasses repaired and ready for pickup. Judy also said that they repaired the nose pad on my glasses in addition to the missing screw. Wow 🥰 what great customer service. Lila and Judy are a dynamic duo. Thank you Vision Center. I hope to see you again for all my vision care needs.

The doctor was extremely fast and friendly when doing my eye test. Jesus did not hesitate to break down all the cost and benefits given to me. He was attentive and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this site if you want the best service for a Walmart vision center

The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable that is impressive. Myself and my boys are treated with patience and respect that is hard to compare with other centers that we went before. They gain a customer for life!!!
