There aren't enough stars to rate this incredible team! I would gladly drive 2+ hours every single time because the care I receive here is simply unmatched. From the moment you walk through the door, you're treated like family. Every member of the team is warm, kind, and genuinely cares about your eye health and your overall experience. They use the most advanced, state-of-the-art technology I've ever seen, which gave me so much confidence that I was receiving the very best care possible. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable and thorough everyone is. They don't just perform an exam—they take the time to explain every test, every result, and every recommendation in a way that's easy to understand. I never once felt rushed, and they made sure all of my questions were answered before I left. Finding a healthcare team that combines cutting-edge technology with genuine compassion is incredibly rare, and this practice does it flawlessly. First and foremost let me start with the doctor his very caring respectful and humble,he doesn't have to but his the kind of guy that goes the extra mile for his Patience He's a person that loves what he does. There's no doubt in that. I'm grateful I ran into his office while I was working my vision. My eyes have never been weld cared forward. I've had my share a bad experiences with other doctors but him makes it all better. Also, I can't help but to acknowledge his staffing is they are patient helpful and very respectful. I recommend this place for anybody thank you! Dr. Tran is an outstanding optometrist. He was incredibly patient and kind with my child, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. What really stood out was how educational and thorough he was throughout the appointment. He used pictures and detailed explanations of the eye anatomy to help us truly understand what was going on, which made a huge difference. His ability to explain things in a clear and caring way showed how knowledgeable and compassionate he is. We left feeling informed, reassured, and very well cared for. Highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone looking for an excellent optometrist, especially for children and families. Also, I would like to spotlight his staff Ms. Alma and Ms. Aileen were incredibly kind to my son and made us feel welcomed. Everyone was very professional.

I’ve always loved coming to Eye-C-You Optometry and have never had an issue with any other staff member until my recent visit. When I mentioned that my previous frame was clear, a staff member (Angela) told me I “must have been blind that day” before checking my records. She wasn’t the representative who helped me last time, and my documented preferences from that visit were ignored. I was also expecting trial colored contacts but was instead given clear lenses I had already used, and was told to try them again before the colored ones. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, which was surprising given the otherwise excellent care I’ve received here. I hope future visits continue to reflect the professionalism and attentiveness that initially made me a loyal patient.
