Dr. Tran/Sinson was very helpful and thorough with her assessment. I loved how she took the time to explain my condition and was approachable in the questions that I had. Ben was super helpful throughout my frame and lens selection. He gave exemplary customer service with his patience and dedication in getting us the best deal that suited our optical needs. We have been loyal customers since this branch opened and he never fails to provide us with the high quality customer service that we were welcomed with from the start. Overall, we will always recommend Visionworks to any friends or family.

Dr. Tran was wonderful, I was impressed and delighted with the care she gave me. After the doctor provided my new prescription I sat down with a different technician to select my eyeglass frames and features. My insurance provided a $500.00. allowance. After I chose my frames, which were $229.00, the technician gave me an estimate totaling $724.95. My portion was estimated at $270.00, not including taxes. I was surprised at this amount which was way beyond my budget. I explained this and communicated that I didn't need all the extras (such as the progressive feature). The technician didn't provide a reasonable solution or compromise, only asking if maybe I could use them for distance only. Huh? I felt befuddled and left without ordering anything. I called my insurance to discuss the issue and they suggested I take my prescription to another eye center. Hopefully they will be better suited for my needs.

Excellent customer service by staff and physician. Examination was thorough and treatment recommendations were explained clearly. Would definitely recommend.

The entire staff was kind and helpful! It was a positive experience and I feel like I finally got a prescription that’ll work for me! I also finally found a place I feel comfortable enough with to take my child to for an eye exam.

Ben was amazing!!!! What would of taken me 2 hours in trying out glasses he was able to help me and save me so much time. He was helpful and listened to what I wanted and needed.
