I can’t say enough good things about my first visit: reasonably priced, beyond competent Doctor, amazing support staff. Dr Montaso and her medical assistant Areta (I may be misspelling) have excellent opthamological bedside manner. They answered all my questions and their answers were well informed with their points well taken by me. Dr Montaso let me pick her learned brain with my questions about the scientific details of eyesight, and gave me a goodly priced prescription and even some coupons for the brand of contacts I’m attached to. 10/10 experience. Would recommend

I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by the wonderful team of opticians at the vision center. They were very knowledgeable and patient answering all my questions. I never felt rushed even after changing my mind many times. I felt like they were looking out for my best interest. FANTASTIC experience from start to finish!! Highly recommend you visit this location! Sonia is a jewel!

Sonia was a great help, very knowledgeable and patient. Would recommend for everyone to come get their glasses here at the Vision Center with her and the rest of the team. A couple weeks ago my mom got glasses here too and she loved that everybody here is fluent in Spanish.

Terrible experience. Called in advance to ask if I could come in and if I have everything I need to make a pair of glasses. They said yes. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t work with my frames, they couldn’t take the lenses out (even after I had the manufacturer send me a guide, they wouldn’t speak to the manufacturer on the phone). Then they told me I needed to print out my prescription which they didn’t tell me on the phone (i had it over email). So unhelpful and wasted my time. Don’t go here, go to Thomas at the Walmart in Paramount. Really great customer service, let’s you try out different transition lenses, and capable with handling my frames. So thankful!! Excellent Nikon lenses for a fair price.

Had great customer service at your Walmart Optical Center in Southgate. The young lady who helped me was very pleasant, helpful and most of all patient in helping me find the eye wear frames that looked best on me. Thank you Ms. Debbie🙂
