Walmart Vision Center serves patients in Hemet and the surrounding part of California from its office at 1231 S Sanderson Ave. Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Insurance accepted includes EyeMed, Davis Vision, Superior Vision and Spectera (14 plans in total). Care is provided by Chanchai Karouna, OD. Just picked up my glasses, I had to have them redone cuz bifocal was bad. They gave me a case that is super cheap quality even though I had a quality case. I asked for the same as I had but she totally ignored my request!
Pedro Cruz was very helpful. I was able to order my glasses with ease. I had a few questions about my husband’s glasses and he said we could take care of that for him. I went home got my husband and back we went. Pedro was so helpful my husband ordered two pairs. He even adjusted my old glasses. Can’t wait to get my new ones in. Thank you Pedro!
I had an issue with my glasses and Josue did an amazing job fixing them! He was professional, quick, and really knew what he was doing. My glasses feel brand new again thanks to him. Highly recommend Josue if you ever need your glasses repaired!
I came into Walmart vision center hoping just to fix my frame on my glasses that were loose and these 2 lovely ladies, Neyra and Heather replaced my frames🎉 yes, I had warranty but got no drama or excuses and replaced my glasses🕶️. Both of these ladies get a 10 star not even a five thank you ladies
