We had a great experience here. Our family was in a rush to pickup some contact lenses during a vacation that was forgotten and Steven helped us out by phone and in person, with kindness and patience.

I had a great experience at this optical store. The service was professional and friendly. I especially want to highlight Steven, who assisted me with patience, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the best option. Highly recommended!

Dr Tina Do did my exam, my prescription was incorrect and nothing was done to fix it when I came back. Dr Tina Do refused to write the prescription that worked for me, and when she came out, she didn’t even look my way to greet me, looking extremely arrogant for running a 2 star business. The only good thing about this place is the receptionist, I didn’t get her name but she has great customer service skills and deserves better than this place.

Highly recommend! I've been going here for years now and Dr. Tina Do and the staff is the absolute best. They are always courteous, professional, and helpful when it comes to their service. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Do because she makes it a pleasant and comfortable experience every time!

I went to get my glasses here, since past years I’ve had a great experience, this time around not so great. I received the glasses with the wrong prescription, they reordered the glasses, as they kept both the frame and the glasses, next time I received the call they were ready, they only had seemed to order the glasses and the frames had been lost, had to get a set from the display section as the frames couldn’t be found, prescription was still in put incorrectly, they reorder the prescription & it is still not correct. 3 times and couldn’t be done properly. Very upset with this experience. Will not be going back.
