I have been going to this specific Walmart Vision Center for the past few years. I have recommended the center to a few friends. Our experience has always been the best. They are a top notch customer service oriented team. Special recognition to Esme! However, the entire staff is impressive.
The staff is extremely helpful. Dr. Bradford was patient and listened to my needs. The opticians enjoyed styling me. The showed me styles that I would have never thought about trying and I was able to get frames I am truly excited about. Karla and Esmerelda were awesome!
I had a very good visit with Karla in ordering 3 sets of glasses. She was extremely nice and professional from the minute I walked into the store. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer all of my questions. She had a wonderful manner, as well. Walmart should be very glad to have her on staff!
If I could give ZERO STARS I would be happy to do it. Unprofessional customer service, my glasses framing was broken after 3 months and they told me we don’t have warranty on it. The glass part was made with very cheap materials all damaged and scratched in 3 months. Again customer service there is very bad.
My husband and I went for glasses and contacts. It had been a while since my last exam so I figured it was time for a new one. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain the results to me. He was also very friendly which made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. The ladies that work there are so charismatic and always remember us, even over the phone. We broke our glasses, sent part of them in for the warranty and they sent us new ones so quickly, no questions asked. We love this place because of the people who work there and do their best to help and make us feel welcome every time. Definitely recommend it!
