Walmart Vision Center serves patients in Salinas and the surrounding part of California from its office at 1800 N Main St. Both exams and glasses are handled here — exam rooms and an optical shop share the same address. Listed services include glasses & frames, contact lenses, contact lens fitting and sports & safety eyewear. Insurance accepted includes EyeMed, Davis Vision, Superior Vision and Spectera (14 plans in total). Care is provided by Mai Lan Pham, OD. The staff is so friendly! I came in to get a new pair of glasses and Lyn helped me out. She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, along with the rest of the staff! This is the second time I come in and I am satisfied with their service. Will definitely continue to come here!
Lis, or Liz was very unprofessional when I came in to buy contact lenses with my new prescription. She made it difficult to accept my new prescription and required the doctor to fix the prescription to her needs. She also gave an unpleasant attitude and was texting on her personal phone while helping me out which is rude and unprofessional.
Lyn Lapid was very accommodating , friendly and with a sweet smile while rendering service to me. She’s very Patient and not pushy in anyway. I was very impressed by the way she took care of me.
I came in with my friend and her daughter, and was helped by Lynn. She was very friendly and helpful. Best customer service I have experienced. I will definitely schedule my family and my next eye exam in this Walmart location.
My husband and I came in on 12/14/2023 with a bit of a prescription/travel emergency. Both team members were extremely helpful, but special shoutout to Daisy for really going the extra mile to make sure he had his prescription before our holiday travel!!!
