Walmart Vision Center

I am writing to share my positive experience at the Walmart Vision Center. I would like to specifically commend Aria for her exceptional service. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the differences between transitional and polarized lenses. Despite visiting several other locations, I had not received such a clear and thorough explanation until speaking with her. I truly appreciate Aria's assistance and expertise.

Came for an eye exam and some glasses, and the people working here were super friendly and helpful! The doctor took time to explain my eye conditions and gave advice. Another worker there helped me pick a set of frames out when I was having trouble choosing. Overall excellent service!

If you value your eyes I advise you to refrain from coming here. Customer service and basic human decency are non-existent. My experience has been nothing but despicable disgusting and I've done my absolute best to restrain myself in this tirade. The staff are like a broken record repeating the same 'policies' they come up with on the spot to avoid allowing you to pay for what you need - God forbid you actually need some help. I would give this negative Stars unfortunately we have to at least give it an entirely undeserving one. I digress. Whoever still needs to visit this expression of the exact opposite of what healthcare should be, you have my empathy.

I came to Walmart to get a jeweller's screwdriver to get my lenses out of my old broken glasses and into a replacement I'd bought. On a whim, I stopped at the vision center to see if just maybe they could do it. Despite my not purchasing them there the lady was nice enough to do it for me, free of charge. Thank you!

Got my exam and 2 pairs of glasses here. They showed up quickly and fit perfectly
