I brought my granddaughter in for an eyeglasses appointment and had an amazing experience! The lady who helped us was incredibly nice and noticed my granddaughter's old glasses needed some help. She ended up fixing the old pair for free and got her new glasses sorted out perfectly right through our service. She even shared that she wears about the same prescription strength as my granddaughter, which made us feel so comfortable and cared for. I forgot her name, but I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service! Highly recommend this place.

Awesome experience today at Redding Walmart Vision Center! The place is very clean and professional. I came in to try contact lenses for the first time and they were very helpful during the exam and fitting process. Will be coming here for my annual eye exams going forward!

My son and I both had eye exams at Walmart Vision and Glasses today. I can not overstate how wonderful the staff was. From the guy doing the pre-check, to the optometrist and all the way to the guy helping us find frames and doing the check out. They may not always provide glasses in an hour but being treated so well makes it worth the wait. We had a fun, fast and accurate exam. I used to dread eye exams. But now I can say I am actually looking forward to next year.

I encourage anyone who has had issues getting a copy of their prescription after an eye exam here to file a complaint with the federal trade commission. This is one of the most unprofessional places I have been to. The cashier had a very rough demeanor, not someone that should be in any medical setting. The "doctor" resulted to fear mongering, I'll assume because I wasn't going along with all the extra offers. I got a second opinion, and found out he was wrong. He told me I might need a cornea transplant and that would be expensive. He then laughed and walked away. When I looked at my paperwork he had made no mention of this or any diagnosis. When I questioned further and asked for proof of these vague issues he mentioned he kept walking away from me. While waiting I could hear the cashier complaining that I hadn't agreed to some of the extras. When I went to check out she had an attitude with me and kept questioning where I was going to buy my contacts. She would not give me my prescription until I answered her questions. I was also charged a contact lens fitting fee even though the person I booked the appointment with told me that they would not be doing a fitting.

Thank you Walmart Vision for helping me. Kennedy and Kerri are great human beings; they are friendly, were patient with me and all my questions and also informative. Stay away from Patrick though. He is also great and very proficient with his job, but his jokes aren’t funny in the slightest. (I kid. He wasn’t even there.) All in all, great prices and staff. I recommend this place for your contact lenses needs. Here is a photo of the clouds which I can now see!
