Walmart Vision Center

Ordered $259 frames. $130 from insurance. $129 out of pocket. Brown frames. They are trying to give me Navy Blue. Won't look for the other frames properly nor contact the person on duty. Trying to get me to take the current frames. Not going to happen. Incompetence. Sure, they both start with 'b' but ... come on.

Went in to get a new pair of glasses and was helped by a wonderful lady named Candida (hope I spelled that right) She was very professional and very friendly. Knowledgeable. Told that it would be almost 2 weeks before the glasses arrived, but they were there within 5 days I believe and then I had an issue with the nose pieces, so again she helped me and replaced them with different ones, which kinda helped, but again the service she provided was fantastic. I would give her ten stars! The other ladies were also very helpful, courteous and friendly, I just don't remember all of their names.

I will start with saying the staff at the vision center are so awesome! They are the only reason for the two stars. The doctor I saw was a cynical, rude jerk and I will never go back there because of him. I admire the support staff for being awesome, and having the ability to work for a burned out, self -loathing doctor. Are there any nice eye doctors in the area? I need to see an opthalmologist and he wouldn't even address my concerns as to why.
