Walmart Vision Center

The gentleman who helped us pick out my son's glasses was above and beyond helpful making calls to another vision center we have used previously and going out of his way to make sure we got what we qualified for with our insurance. I believe his name tag said Green although I wish I had asked. Because of him, I plan to become a permanent client for myself and my son each year after my old vision center stopped taking my insurance. Thank you!!!

Everyone that works there does an excellent job! The Asian lady that does the eye exam is very though. She wants to give people the best prescription possible. Staff for selecting frames are very helpful and professional and kind. Especially eve. :-) also your new glasses will come in pretty quick mine always come in.. in 5 days. Reading through all the reviews again notice that all the bad reviews are from people who are not originally American?

DO NOT go here for your glasses. They will hold you hostage and not allow you to fill a prescription. We always went here - for years - but none of the people who used to work there who were so nice and helpful are there anymore and Stephanie who is there now thinks she's the eyeglass police. She is entirely rude in her tone and not the least bit helpful with suggestions. "I don't know what to tell you." is all she could say. We have a brand new pair of frames that need the exact same lenses put in them (and the prescription is EXACTLY the same) and she will not place the order because my son is not physically here to come with me. He's away at college and needs the replacement glasses, which I have, right away and she flat out refuses without him physically being present. (I have a signed medical health care power of attorney.) Previously they would always fill my prescription for him so I could mail them to him at college. Now he has to go to an entirely new place at college and start from scratch. Stephanie is a nightmare! I used to recommend this place to everyone. Now I say STAY AWAY!

I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses at this store. The staff called to let me know the glasses were ready. I called them back and was told I could pick them up until 5pm. I have made 2 trips to get my glasses and the store was closed BEFORE 5 pm, with a sign that said last transaction must be by 4:30!!!! This is NOT what I was told. This is an unacceptable business practice!! I will no longer do business with this store due to the inconvenience of having to return multiple times just to get my glasses that were all ready paid for!! This is NOT a store convenient for working people.

One of the worst visits this far . Not only they lost my file . How do you lose one of your patients file. The female doctor gave me a random prescription not taking into account my astigmatism when they couldn't find my prescription. Then she gave me some random contacts that were bothering me , i call and they tell me to return that they found my file with the right prescription ! So i go in the next day wait for about a hour and they once again tell me they couldn't find my file . -_- finally the male doctor comes out and remembers me and at some miracle finds my correct prescription and sends me my way . Very disappointed.
