The WM Vision center is a joke!! Do not go there to get your glasses! The main doctor is an angry person - who is as arrogant as he can be .... They close the center as they wish & never there on the times listed on their Wall!! OR the website. Secondly, they are not professional in their service nor ensuring the correct lenses are put. The African American guy doctor was very nice! But I'm still not sure if they are competent enough to handle the job well. Beware!!

Walmart Vision & Glasses in North Windham, CT was open on Sunday. The optician on duty was extremely helpful. I suggest you call to cofirm their hours.

Made an appointment, called 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment. Call kept getting sent to customer service and then transferred to Vision center, then disconnected. Come to find out, no one showed up to work, and they didn't pick up the phone because they aren't there, during posted business hours.

Do not get glasses or anything here, go somewhere else. Everyone is extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Glasses are overpriced and poor quality. I am very disappointed. Wasted my time.

Called my mom who was there and I wanted to ask where she was. The eye dr picked her phone up and screams “SHE’S BUSY, GOODBYE” on my mom’s phone and then hangs up. Once I got there she was all quiet tho. Lucky she kept her mouth shut
