VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! WONT BE GOING BACK! I sent back a progressive pair of glasses that didn't work for me, so I decided to just go with a single lense in my previous frames and have the same set up anti reflective etc. just with the new prescription in them..as simple as that should of been it wasn't 1st the lady told me "they may come in and not fit right in my frames" I said why they have my old frame measurements, she said " oh yea I guess" I should of known at that point she wasn't happy I returned the progressive glasses. I waited the 1 week as she said then it turned to 2wks they kept saying we will call u when they come in. I called after the 2wks and felt I was bothering them (which is unprofessional) to find the lab had lost them, Palozej's office said the lab is shipping them out night owl and will be in tomorrow. I received the glasses the next day, TERRIBLE!! NO ANTI REFLECTIVE they told me just to try them give it 2wks NO WAY I was back after a few days due to they were closed couldn't wear them AWFUL! I returned them ASAP to put my old lenses back in and they did but wasn't offering a refund. I then asked for a refund and she wasnt happy about that came back awhile later to say they can only refund me 1/2 of the cost of the lenses due to I returned the progressive glasses. THATS RIDICULOUS!!!THEY MADE THEM WRONG! To top all of that I had asked how much my new prescription changed and the lady said ur eyes actually got better. I couldn't get out of there fast enough, I'm 56yrs old my eyes didn't get better! I went there hoping to get better lenses cuz my old lenses weren't strong enough,My exam was done wrong. Lastly they don't handle contacts any better my son waiting over 2wks just to have Dr Riley palozej to sign the prescription. Customers complain about there services in the waiting room I'm not alone being UN SATISFIED AND PAYING MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT EVEN RECIEVE! MY FAMILY WONT BE GOING BACK

David and his daughter are so explaining the eye tests and general eye health! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Emily at Palozej Eye Care is exceptional. She has a wonderful upbeat personality, and is highly professional. She solved a prescription problem, and went above and beyond for me finding a prescription mask for snorkeling. I highly recommend her for any eye glass need. I look forward to doing business with her again soon.

People were nice enough but not worth going back to. I went for my first time for a exam anf contacts refill. they said I’d be able to try a new kind of contacts for my vision and send them to my home to try. i was never sent them as promised so a few weeks later I had to call and ask the status. they said they had none of the notes from my visit and I had to go back in and get another exam to get the trial lenses. this time they were sent as promised BUT a few weeks later i got a bill for another visit even though they admitted fault. they are still trying to charge for the second visit even though I should never have had to go back.

To receptionist Why are you asking if I have state insurance if I been visiting this office for years. Feel these people judging me by my insurance hope Dat not the case ? Feel you need to be straight about what insurance you take. Stop trying too shame people , and plz know what ur talking about. I feel the receptionist is one of those people who speak be for she think. Me and brother @ dad been going there for years. Smh
