I had a great experience coming here. I honestly did not expect my trip to get a pair of glasses to end up being so fun and refreshing. Stacey was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and hilarious. She gave me her undivided attention, honest opinions and I felt valued as a customer. Highly recommend going to see her.
Came in to get a prescription filled through Husky. Diane helped me and she was so incredibly nice. I didn't catch the other employee's name who was working that day (she had long black dreadlocks, if I remember correctly), but she was also very nice, and helpful assisting Diane with the medicaid processing. Both very professional and patient. Very happy with my visit and I look forward to getting the new glasses :)
⸻ I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had at the Vision Center in Walmart in Shelton, CT. Michael, the optician, was absolutely fantastic in helping my 88-year-old mother pick out new glasses. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Michael took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my mother felt comfortable and confident with her choices. His warm and caring manner truly made the experience delightful for both of us. We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of eyewear assistance.
Incredible experience. Doctor was friendly and did a thorough exam. Did not rush through anything. The sales team after the exam was fantastic too, very knowledgeable. Also did a great job with covid cleaning. Great job by everyone!
