Walmart Vision Center

I went in last Thursday for an eye exam and received my glasses on Monday. That’s the fastest turn around I’ve ever experienced! Not only were they accommodating to schedule my eye exam, but Lee’s excellent customer service and friendly attitude just put the icing on the cake. He was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. In today’s world, you don’t come across people like him too often. I will definitely be back and I’ve already recommended this specific vision center to my mom! Thank you, Lee!

I've purchased glasses at the Salem Road Walmart in Covington, Georgia for three consecutive years now. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience each time! Lee DeBruhl has assisted me on each visit, and he has always been a tremendous source of wisdom as I've chosen my frames and lenses. He explains my insurance benefits in a way that I can easily understand what is covered, and he has helped me decipher which options will help me see well at night, when driving, or when using a computer. And whenever I've needed to stop by for an occasional tightening or adjustment of my glasses, Lee is incredibly friendly and seems happy to help. I'm a teacher, and in my free time, I do detailed embroidery as a hobby... so my glasses are important to me. I could buy my bifocals and readers each year at other eyewear stores or on online. But thanks to the exceptional service I've always received at the Salem Road Walmart in Covington... I will always take my business there. I encourage others to do likewise.

Found a pair of frames that were exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t find on any of the online optical sites. I am 100% happy with the transition and progressive lenses I purchased. Additionally they were significantly less than the ones I recently did purchase online. Lee, Olivia and Otis were friendly and knowledgeable and I received the glasses in 7 days as promised. Cannot recommend them enough!

Best experience I've ever had purchasing eyeglasses! Mr. Lee was not only exceptionally knowledgeable but really nice and just made for me to be relaxed and less stressed when I had issues with not being able to get my initial script filled through no fault of his! But he worked with me and found the frames that I needed and worked to get me two pairs of glasses, near and far when they couldn't make me the bifocals due to how bad my eyes are 🤷‍♀️🙄 I'm 58 and this was by far the best experience I've ever had at a vision center! I'd actually gotten a recommendation from my brother to go to him because he'd had such a good interaction with Lee as well! All the employees there seemed nice but Lee is who I'm grateful for! 😁🙌❤️
