I left this office feeling unheard. I returned because my new contacts caused severe night glare that makes driving unsafe, and instead of offering solutions or trying toric lenses for my astigmatism, the doctor told me to “just deal with it” or wear glasses. He was more focused on telling me how great my current brand is rather than acknowledging that they clearly aren’t working for my eyes. Anyone who wears contacts knows there are other options, and none were offered. I felt rushed and dismissed. I’ll be going elsewhere for a proper fitting and care.

Dr. Vencil was great. He was down to earth and friendly. Staff was nice. The prices are great for frames and lenses. Very thorough explanation of options for frames and lens.

I am leaving a review for one star soley based on the poor customer service I experienced over the phone today. The representative, Nicole, was extremely rude and continued to speak over me. I was trying to schedule an appointment and see if my prescription had expired. However, I was unable to get the information I needed because she kept interrupting me with snarky responses. I was not able to finish a single question before she tried to rush with a response. On top of all of this, she left me on hold for ten minutes to check my date of birth.... I have had great experiences in the past with the doctors, so no complaint there. Unfortunately, people have to deal with poor customer service before being able to see the doctor. Speaking with her today was exhausting and she failed to provide good customer care. She was not helpful, respectful, or courteous. If anyone has to deal with that over the phone, why would we want to come in to deal with that in person?

Doctor was great however his administrative is disrespectful to new customers. This was my first time getting an eye exam which was recommended due to me starting to have constant blurr vision so I schedule my appointment at this location. after my exam was over I wasn't able to get my glasses that was badly needed because the only license individual to get my prescription was not there and I asked why didn't she tell me that the individual wouldn't be there at the time of my appointment and the lady with an rude attitude told me she didn't have to tell me if they was there are not and I didn't ask. How am I suppose to ask for specific service if I never had an exam before to know what to ask for. She told me there was nothing I could do about nor talk to anyone about her attitude. I wouldn't recommend there service to anyone. so please go to professionals with manners and don't allow there staff to be disrespectful to them.
