I cannot state enough what a friendly, helpful, efficient and seamless experience I had at Chamblee Vision Center! They gave very clear instructions to a somewhat complicated matter and was accomodating when there was a mishap (thru no fault of theirs)! I highly recommend visiting if you value great customer service and efficient help!

I had such a great experience at the Vision Center thanks to Wanda! She went above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled quickly and efficiently. I came in needing my glasses prescription taken care of in a bit of a hurry, and she didn’t waste a second. Wanda was super friendly, professional, and clearly knows her stuff — she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated how attentive and understanding she was, especially since I was on a time crunch. If you ever need help with your vision needs, definitely ask for Wanda — she’ll take great care of you!

I had a great experience in the chamblee tucker vision center today. I went into the vision center with what I thought was a broken pair of glasses the young lady Wanda looked at them and said it was just a screw missing I was so happy that she was able to put a new screw. She also adjusted them and clean them for me with no charge. I was so happy I was willing to pay something for the service. But she insisted on not taking any payments that it was free! Excellent service! I will definitely recommend them to others moving forward!

When I walked into the vision center, I was warmly greeted right away! The whole experience was quick and seamless, which I really appreciated. I ended up getting some contacts and ordered a pair of glasses, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone was so friendly and polite! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for eye care!

Last month (Sept 2025), I decided to give the Chamblee Walmart Vision Center a try. I’ve never purchased glasses from Walmart. It turned out to be a great experience! Ala, the licensed optician helped me select a titanium frame for the prescription eyeglasses & a prescription sunglasses to go with it (prescription sunglasses are discounted if purchased with the regular glasses). I was pleasantly surprises at the total price. Ala, is very experienced & knowledgeable, gave great advice & answered all my questions clearly. Seldom do I meet such a dedicated health professional! Thanks to Ala & her teammate (lady that walks with a walker), the Chamblee Walmart Vision Center is now my new go to vision center.
