Walmart Vision Center

Today was my first visit to Walmart Eye Care. Dr. James and her receptionist greeted me warmly. They performed a retinal eye exam to determine the cause of my eye issues. I am very pleased with the care I received; however, the man in the eyewear section did not acknowledge me. I am having my prescription filled somewhere else. I gave 5 stars because Dr. James and her receptionist deserve 5 stars, thanks. I highly recommend Dr. James. She speaks to you like family. She is so warm; you will feel at ease, not nervous about your eyes. She explains things step by step to help you understand.

What a great experience! Dr. Janis was so helpful and experienced. She treated everyone in the office with respect and patience!! I watched her care for a special needs patient with so much care!! I would recommend her to the world!! Hands down professional excellence!!!!

Dr. James is very personable and thorough in her work. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the path forward before our appointment ended. I left wig clear instructions and more insight into the reason of my visit. She is an exceptional optometrist and I highly recommend!
