Horrible experience. Horrible customer service and lack of explanation or guidance on having bifocals for the first time. I was also initially called to pick up my glasses last week, and upon arrival there was no licenced optometrist to give me my glasses. The issue with that was I am disabled and have no vehicle. I had to spend money on Uber unnecessarily. Upon explaining this to the staff, they displayed a lack of empathy and even laughed at me when I became so upset I was crying. Keep in mind I was told there would be someone there this day to assist me. Also, on my receipt there are 2 $50 charges outside of my glasses that are questionable, and I will be making my insurance company aware of this. I would never do business with them again!!!!
