Miss Katie and her whole team were amazing when helping me with some nose pads and adjusting because my glasses always fall down and have not had this issue again with their help!

The attention and service it’s very good, the staff kindness, willing to help.
Great visit. Will continue to go back and my family. Latoya and Kiara the ladies doing check in an out. Were so, awesome!! It was easy. The Dr. Is so nice and she listened to all my concerns and questions . Very peaceful and good environment.
I've been struggling with glasses I've ordered online, I walked in on a sat morning and was warmly greeted by Katie, she asked me a bunch of questions about how I'm seeing and how she could help me. She didn't judge me cause I ordered my glasses online and it wasnt a problem that I didnt have my exam done at walmart. She was very pleasant and adjusted my frames for me. I can now see crisp and clear. Thank you Katie!
Me, my husband and 2 kids have been going to the Vision Center at Walmart in Hiram for more the 10 years. I want to express my dissatisfaction with my daughter last visit on 09/13/21.When my daughter did the check in, she wasn’t asked if she had Insurance, she has been going there since she was 7 years old, she is 16 now. She was charged full price for all the service, but THAT WASNT A BIG DEAL because I work at medical field and I know that that can be fixed. When I called and NICELY explained the situation to Latoya (that was the name on the patient copy/ receipt) she was defense/ rude and didn’t let me talk(that was alright, I understand that people have bad days). I didn’t receive a call saying the contact lenses & glasses was ready to be picked up, they said that they called me, but apparently she didn’t up date my daughter info when she checked her in because they had the wrong phone#. I decided to called in and they said that her contacts were in, so I went to pick it up and get the insurance situation straight. I nicely explained the situation and I was approached with the same defensive intonation/ disrespectful attitude by Latoya that brought up several weak excuses for not get the insurance situation fixed even telling me that the insurance probable wasn’t active on the date of service. She showed horrible customer service skills and try to make a argument for something that EASILY could be fixed. When she didn’t have any more reasons to come at me about it, she finally did the transactions that was need to fix the problem, it took less the 5 min to get it done. I felt horrible when she questioned my integrity. She probably thought I was trying to scamming or I don’t know. Just why be so rude and argumentative? She never apologized or didn’t even care when I told her that we have been going there for years and NEVER had any problems. She should not work with the public and she doesn’t like it or have skills to deal with people. Spread love & respect. My family is not going back there, and truly think that they don’t even care.
