My experience was not a good one. I arrived about ten minutes before closing, and while I understand that it was near closing time, the associate who assisted me made it very clear that he was in a hurry and I needed to hurry up. Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. He ordered my glasses and added a one-year warranty without my knowledge or permission. It is not acceptable to make decisions about charges on a customer’s card without clear consent. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Mia assisted me, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and very helpful. She made the pickup experience much better. However, my interaction with the original associate was extremely disappointing. He was rude and made inappropriate comments, including suggesting that I was upset because I came in close to closing and even joking that I was trying to leave without paying. That behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. While the glasses themselves are great and Mia provided excellent service, the initial experience and lack of professionalism from the other associate were very concerning. He would benefit greatly from additional customer service training.
