Walmart Vision Center

I went in hoping to get some glasses for my toddler. Not only were the glasses affordable, they are tough. My son's first pair of glasses from another establishment, were expensive, and although I paid for the works, blue light, scratch resistence, etc... He scratched those glasses up within two days. Lost them after a month. Went here and got two glasses for the price of one, at the other place, and not a scratch on them. Hmmmmm Customer service was good. I forgot the lady's name, but she was nice. She remembered me and my son when we came back to pick the glasses up, which actually came in quicker than expected. It took some time to get them sized for my son's face, but she was patient with him.

They need the old staff back asap! This WAS my regular eye exam spot that I would always go to, but with this new staff I’m taking my money elsewhere. A day ago I had bad experience with the new staff with bad attitude customer service. I was a bit late due to traffic because of rain so I was 10 min behind schedule. Once I made it into the office a young lady at the appointment desk with purple hair and purple lip stick was so rude. She starts by telling me that I’m late! And I said it’s raining outside and traffic is bad. She definitely didn’t like me telling her that it’s raining outside, she could care less. She said smacking her teeth and rolling her eyes, well we can’t see you today we’re about to go to lunch. I was in disbelief that this is the service that she thinks is acceptable. She said she could get me an appointment for some time next week! I said don’t worry about it. I’m taking my business and money elsewhere, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. They need the old staff back! I loved going here before they were so professional and courteous.

Please be aware of the nonsense!!!! This is the word office in Atlanta. Woman with purple dreads/ purple lipstick / purple eye glasses that works on the doctor’s side is extremely disrespectful and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I mean there is no communication when you ask about insurance co pay or she makes you feel like you’re bothering her for asking questions. My mom saw Dr Robateau and hated everything about the exam. She was rushed and felt like she was a burden. If you’re looking for low budget and somewhere to throw your money away……this is the perfect place

Such a wonderful experience. I purchased 2 pair and I absolutely love them. Prices are great and customer service is top tier!! I will be a returning customer.

They need the old staff back because this place is a joke! first off they scheduled me on MLK day for exam just to call me 20 mins before my appt to say that no doctor has arrived and wasn't sure what time they will be in! Who does that last minute communication! so I had to wait another week to be seen... then I ordered glasses with them just to get my glasses back with NO anti glare or transitional lenses but yet was charge for them! I tried to call to let them know about it and I have been on hold for an HOUR and 13 mins still counting! never came back to the phone or apologized for nothing! ABSOUTLEY worse vision center!! Please take your money else where because they do not care about the customers at this location just MONEY!! I would give them ZERO stars if I could!
