I have been coming here since I moved to the area for school, and every time my husband and I have come in they’ve have been incredibly helpful. Everyone that works in the office is so kind and willing to help, from helping you pick out the best glasses to repairing the missing screws in your glasses with a smile on their face - like Lucy today :)

Dr. Charles Bailey is very welcoming and makes sure you leave with the correct prescription. I feel well taken care of after my yearly appointment. The vision center manager gets you in and out. I can call and talk to someone right away if needed. I will be going to my Cedar Falls Walmart vision center for years to come!

Got my eye exam and ordered contacts the same day as I needed fresh contacts. Wore a pair for a few days and thought I needed stronger prescription so went in for a follow up and I got bumped up to a stronger script in which I can see really well, and they will not exchange or replace my $80 box of contacts on their mess up of my prescription. One would think they’d be guaranteed. Not happy! Will be finding a new place for my eye needs.

Usually I don’t leave reviews unless it’s a horrible experience. This is the second review I have ever left in my life! If I could give them a zero star rating I would! First time I went here they wrote the wrong prescription for me on top of that they ordered the wrong sample contacts about 5 times! I have very dry eyes so I couldn’t wear any of the contacts they ordered! Finally I got the correct sample contacts in and they made me so dizzy it was ridicules! I go back in for another appointment they fix my perscription and order me the wrong brand contacts about 3 more times before getting the ones I can actually wear! A year goes by and I decide to give them another chance since there the cheapest place for Exams, all I will say is that was a mistake. They order me the wrong contacts AGAIN! I finally got the correct ones and now Again they make me dizzy. I don’t see how this doctor is still in business. You defiantly pay for what you get. If you have dry eyes or astigmatism I would not recommend going here! Aparently it’s to complicated for this doctor!
