Walmart Vision Center

I recently visited the Vision Center at Walmart and had another great experience. What I appreciate most is that the staff genuinely seem to care about helping people, not just making a sale. They've assisted me with eyeglass repairs more than once, and they're always patient, professional, and willing to help. A special thank you to Stephanie, who was especially helpful during my visit today. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of, and provided excellent customer service with a friendly attitude. It's refreshing to find a team that goes above and beyond for their customers. The Vision Center staff consistently provide great service, and that's why they deserve 5 stars. Highly recommended!

Stephanie was amazing. She was kind, patient and resourceful. 10/10 she checked all of the customer service boxes today. They have a new doctor and she was also Amazing. She knew what she was doing. She made my experience painless. I left feeling well serviced with fulfilled vision goals!!!

Incompetent. Called ahead to make sure i could use a copy of my prescription to simply pick up a box of contacts, was very quickly told yes. Arrive only to be told i need to order them because, first they dont have them before even asking what type i need.. questioning that answer then they cant give them to me because they need to look up my insurance but cant do that(what?). Tell them i will just pay cash, so then i am told no one currently on staff knows how to use the register? Ridiculous. Dont bother calling with questions, theyll just give you any answer and waste your time coming in. Its not that far to just go literally anywhere else, i highly reccommend doing so.

I have been going here for years. I love the optometrist. My last glasses and prescription sunglasses cost me over $500. I got 2 scratches on them. I walk in so they can fix the lenses and they tell me, it is not under warranty. Every pair of glasses I have ever purchased for myself, husband and child have had a 1 year warranty. All of a sudden now no. They decided to tell me the sales woman who sold me them no longer works there.... I don't care. What I do care about is that I was not told spending $500 that my products would have no warranty Anymore!!! Even though I love the optometrist I will take my business elsewhere. It would of taken them 2 seconds to go buff out the scratches.
