Sheevonne was a very kind, diligent, and hard working provider that gave me the best customer service while simultaneously working on managerial functions. I highly rec this place.

Dr Armstrong is super! I've never had a more careful eye exam. He explained everything that was going on with my vision. I got fitted for contacts too, which he made sure that they were fitting right and had me come back two weeks later to check them again! My order came in quickly and correctly. I know there's been a lot of issues with this eye center in the past but I had a very positive experience. Thank you eye center in Savoy!
Visited in September for daughters annual vision exam. Called them in October to find out if her contacts were in. Found out they were never ordered. They said they would order and call us to pick them up when they were in. Called them again in November. The confirmed the contacts were in and wanted our daughter to schedule a 2nd appointment. Let them know we didn't want new contact types, that we have high risk family members, and to please order her original contact types. Optometrist was rude and didn't seem to understand why we are self quarantining. Got another call in December (THREE months after the original appointment). The had ordered the special contacts again. We again explained our issue, and reminded them that optometrist said they would reorder the original prescription. They refused. Completely incompetent, and very defensive and rude if you mention there's a pandemic. Will now have to pay out of pocket for another exam. Frustrating and a waste of time.
My wife and I both have gone to Walmart vision center, and have never had any issues. They are generally the nicest most personable employees you'll find at this entire Walmart location. Contact prices are competitive, and they have a big selection of frames to fit any budget.
Waited for a half an hour on the phone to make an appointment at 11 am. No one ever answered, total joke. Dont waste your time on this place.
