I usually don’t post negative anything but today I’m a bit upset with this place. I ordered the lens on my sunglasses to be updated and in doing so left my Tory Burch sunglass’ pouch at the store thinking they would be safe. Pick up was today and I noticed that the TB charm was missing I asked for it and they checked the tray but it was MIA. Petty that someone took the time to break apart the tight knot on the leather to take the charm for themselves. It’s also very unprofessional of whoever was handling my order in the back. I did appreciate it the honesty and professionalism of the ladies that assisted me when placing the order and how quickly the job was done. Next time I know better.

Would give zero stars!!! Went in for a basic adjustment and they completely ruined my glasses. The employee bent the frames unevenly, made one side shorter, and reshaped the front so they now curve around my face (which they were NOT designed to do). My vision is now distorted, with constant reflections and dizziness. This was careless and completely unacceptable. My glasses were fine before—now they’re unusable. Do not trust this place with your glasses! They also cause lots of ear pain!

I have been wearing glasses for over 70 years, & have trifocals with an extra "bump up" for sewing. The technician was very snippy with me & adjusted my glasses, leaving terrible sore places above my ears; when I went back she readjusted so that my glasses were too far away from my face & out of range for clear vision. I went elsewhere for a much better adjustment!

Terrible communication and even worse customer service! I wish I could leave negative stars. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I'm 45 and was getting glasses for the first time. I hated the idea of wearing glasses but couldn't wear contacts... needless to say I looked at glasses for 2 hours and left without any. I came back 2 days later and spent an hour and finally found some. My reason for telling you this is that the Lady working those days was named Eleanor I believe, a beautiful older lady! She was soooo helpful and never lost patience with me. She continued both days to help me find a pair I liked. She answered my 100 questions without so much as a sigh! I could not have received any better help anywhere else. I will definitely be back!
