Walmart Vision Center

The Walmart Vision Center is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. I’ve been here before to have my glasses adjusted or tightened with no issues. But today was disappointing. The technician wasn’t busy but didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. When I asked if she could adjust my glasses, she said she might break them (wasn’t confident)—even though other techs here have done it several times before without a problem. I left feeling concerned about the lack of confidence and training. This is basic service they normally provide, and today’s visit was a let down.

In Lawrence ask for Tony, he's knows his stuff, the person that took my order initially was a bit confused on several levels, but I went in and spoke with Tony, who was not there when I initially made my order, he straightened everything out.

I have always had really good luck with their staff and especially Mrs. Nunez. She is kind, courteous, and eager to help! Would definitely recommend the Parsons, KS location!!

I purchased my glasses from Walmart a little over a year ago. Today I was at the Lawrence Kansas vision center and asked for a frame adjustment. I have been to other Walmart many times with the same request. Today I was asked a bunch of ridiculous questions. Of course she was on her phone and apparently I interrupted her. From the get go, she was not going to get off the stool. This won’t stop me from going to Walmart vision, but I will never return to this one. Very unprofessional.

Poor product quality and horrible customer service. Frames are not fixed to lenses and literally fall apart the same day they were received. Staff stated they are aware of the issue with the brand they sell and they require constant repair. However this is not relayed at time of purchase and is a rip off to customers. Manager of Lawrence location is extremely unprofessional.
