This was my first visit to Ammel and it was excellent. The receptionist team were friendly and helpful. Dr. Flory was fantastic! He explained everything he was doing and seeing in a way I could understand. He was patient and kind with my many questions, which I really appreciated. I definitely would recommend!
A truly wonderful office from beginning to end and beyond. Was able to enter my info in before I arrived. Was seen promptly on arrival, not left waiting for ages. Dr.Glory was very thorough. The ladies up front were kind and hospitable to my teen son and toddler. I was given a return appointment date to revisit a possible issue. And not pressured on my wait to check out to purchase my glasses in store, though I was given guidance and options when I expressed interest. I was called after my appointment to cancel the future appointment since further inspection of my images led to the conclusion that another appointment would not be necessary earlier than a normally advised check up in a year. They aren’t out to get your money or just run you through the motions. They really help.
I recently had an eye exam at Ammel Optometry by Dr. Flory. I chose him because of all his glowing reports & I found them all to be true! He is a very caring professional man. I have never had such a comprehensive exam. He definitely took his time & explained everything he was doing & what it was for.He showed me pictures of my eyes on the computer screen & pointed out potential problems. His office has all the latest equipment & I must mention his office staff is phenomenal too.
Amazing! The place to go, my doctor was so kind in explaining everything and very attentive. Also able to get my scans for a great price. The office was nice and cozy which eased my anxiety too. Was also able to get my prescription quick.
Recently moved and had to found a new optometrist. They were amazing very welcoming and . Dr Ammel listened to me. I haven't had that in a very long time. If I would have had that in the past I probably wouldn't be were I am now!! Illl let you know more once I get my glasses. Awesome experience though so far .... very good people.
