Dr. Kenny was really excellent. I highly recommend him. He explained everthing to me and was very thorough. The staff was also nice. The only thing I didn't care for is that I had to pay up front for something I didn't have done. I'm sure they will send a refund but I wish they would have just gotten an authorization first before running my credit card.
I was very impressed with Lawrence Family Vision Clinic today. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my experience choosing a pair of eyewear was wonderful. There was a large selection to choose from; Sofia was patient and helped me choose glasses that complimented my face. Dr Kenneth took the time to visit with me about my vision and answer my questions. Best experience with any vision center I have had! Keep up the good work!
Hubby has been coming to you For years… it took me a few sour episodes before following him to LFVC! Kick me, pinch me, I should have come sooner. Staff on top of it! Doctor told me everything going on with my dry eyes… some of the things I was already doing. Very happy from the beginning👍 my new Rx is perfecti have perfect focused vision N-E-S-W & diagonal... thabk you!
I have to give a five star praise. The whole staff was amazing with my daughter, super patient, super kind. Especially Sam who helps with glasses. He hunted down markers and printed pages for my daughter to color and kept her entertained with trying on different pairs while I filled out paperwork. After getting her eyes diluted, he continued helping and keeping her calm through the process. Forever grateful for their support and kindness.
I seen Dr Trumbull today Friday the 24th... Love that doctor ..he is so sweet.. very thorough... Never sees a stranger.. if you want a good eye doctor he's the one to see!! My late husband Steve really like this doctor as well!!
