Once again, I just had an A+ experience at Dobbins & Letourneau. From the pleasant, efficient check-in to the pre-exam with the knowledgeable clinical tech, to the doctor's exam itself, to the process of choosing frames, the entire visit was seamless and caring. The new office design works great too. It is inviting and clean, with effective lighting for trying on glasses. Special thanks to Maddie for her patience, knowledge, and can-do problem-solving as I took about an hour 😬 to finalize my frames decision. Highly recommend this office!

Great staff. Dr. Dobbins is fantastic. They use the latest technology. No having to have your eyes dilated and no puff of air. They are respectful of your schedule and don’t make you wait. I’ve been going to them for years and have never a bad experience. I highly recommend them!

I’m glad to be back in Lawrence visiting this office after moving away for three years. The staff are all amazing! My doctor introduced me to daily contacts with readers built in and it is one of the best things I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience at Drs. Dobbins & Letourneau Eye Care. Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, performed a thorough eye exam, and made sure I had accurate measurements for my prescription, including my monocular PD. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of care. I would definitely recommend Drs. Dobbins & Letourneau Eye Care to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service.

For someone who has had eye problems my entire life,I’ve seen my fair share of Eye Doctors. As luck would have it, I found Dr. Bynorth And she was more than willing to get me in As a new patient. Hands-down, this was the best experience with any optometrist I have ever seen. She didn’t rush me. She listened to what I had to say and was very responsive with My questions. My search for an optometry Doctor Who genuinely cares and wants to help people is finally over. The entire staff there is friendly and kind and you can tell that they care about their people. A five star review just isn’t enough. They definitely deserve way more than that.
