After the business where I bought my glasses told me my broken frames couldn't be fixed, I decided to give the Walmart on Airline Drive a try. I’m so glad I did! Even though they were busy with several customers, I was warmly greeted the moment I walked up. While waiting, I browsed their great selection of frames for just a few minutes. Dr. Alicia Crooks then assessed my broken frame situation and assured me she’d get to work right away with the repair. I am incredibly grateful for her prompt help and absolutely thrilled with the results. Thank you, Dr. Crooks!

Stopped by today. Saw a clearance pair on an outside table. I had a prescription and wanted to purchase. I was curtly informed that the location requires an appointment. I have been a customer in the past…..never again. Will go where my business is accepted.
Stopped in late, last minute unexpectedly Saturday and Ms. Tabitha was just absolutely wonderful. Fast and super friendly service. Definitely recommend.
I recently visited Walmart Vision Center located at 2536 Airline Dr. Bossier City, LA on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. I asked for a copy of my prescription as well as my sons. I was told that I cannot receive my prescription unless they asked the doctor which is Dr. Alicia Crooks. I asked when will she be in and the employee said on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. My prescription is due to expire on August 7, 2025. I really feel like my rights are being violated as in me not being able to obtain my prescription. I feel as I’m being waited out so it will expire and I would have to get a new exam.
Mark with the Vision Center decides to tell me today that I owe $20 because "the associate" put the incorrect Tier of lenses in my glasses. Mark informed me that they INCORRECTLY filed the $20 difference as a "copay" charge against my insurance rather than correcting the price or calling me to change the lenses in the glasses I bought or pay the difference. That conversation did not happen. Instead, they fraudulently made up a copay charge to get the difference for their mistake, ultimately passing the consequences of their negligence to me, the unassuming unaware conned consumer. This is 100% a scam. Apparently, I am not the only person that this has happened to. I just discovered a friend of mine (no insurance and paid for her glasses in full up front) received an invoice for $40 for her glasses as well. I instructed Mark to re-file the claim correctly, to which he responded "No, you owe this and you need to pay it." Then he hung up. So, I have this random invoice for something I did not agree to that will affect my credit because an insurance scammer named Mark at the Walmart on Airline Dr. in Bossier City, Louisiana took it upon himself to force me to pay for something I did not agree to purchase. I'm wondering how many other people they have preyed upon with this type of deceitful behavior.
