Don't believe them when they say they accept your insurance. Paid outta pocket for 95% of it when I was done cause insurance only partially covered it, wasn't aware until it was already too late to go anywhere else. Always call your insurance before giving them even a penny

This place is a circus. Waited at check-in for 10 min before the receptionist finally came back with his lunch. Asked me to sign a document saying I received a copy of some policy that they did not provide, and then when I requested it he said “I think we threw them all away”. Doctor was very antsy and rushed through the appointment (not sure why, as the waiting room was empty). Didn’t listen to anything I said, as he asked me the same questions 3x and never gave me an opportunity to voice my concerns. Could hear doctor and receptionist arguing during any interaction they had. They also charged me for a contact lense exam that I did not need. Very unorganized, very unprofessional.
I made my annual appointment to renew my contact lens subscription you can't reorder online without it. Upon my arrival they told me they did not accept my health Ins. I was fine with that and said I would pay out of pocket. I had a scheduled appointment which I arrived 10 minutes early then waited 45 minutes past the hour. Dr Lubas had an emergency patient and I kindly waited. He then rushed through my exam and was very rude. I usually use the equate brand soft contact lenses. He was trying to talk me into a more expensive brand. I was so sick of the entire process the hassle of it all. Just to place an order online. For whatever reason that day Dr. Lubas was rude and sarcastic and it literally drove me to get LASIK done at TLC in providence. Best thing I ever did! now i don't have to deal with any of it.
Dr Lubas, Carrie Pease and her staff are the best. Very professional, accommodating and friendly. I have never had such complete eye exams! Carrie and her staff are dedicated to getting you the best eye wear for my needs. I couldn’t be happier.
Had a wonderful experience! The whole staff was accommodating - I had an exam and was fitted for new contacts. Everything went smoothly and they were very professional! Highly recommend.
