Walmart Vision Center

Do not waste your money here, I paid insurance and theyre crooked he tried to fix them and could not fix them yet would not help me replace them, I’ve relied on Walmart for years and have only not received help for what I paid for covers here he said that the glasses have to be almost disintegrated for them to replace them. So they sell a service they never plan on giving. Pls save your money ppl like me look to Walmart for help when times are tough just for them to make them tougher

I had a wonderful experience overall at this vision center. Eugenia and her team went above and beyond to assist me and helped me find frames that fit my face perfectly! Will definitely be returning as a customer!

Bought a pair of $450.00 glasses in January that already broke! Went back to Walmart vision and the manager Eugenia Goncalves took a try on pair off the try on shelf and put the lenses in that frame (the used frame)!!! This was a week ago. Well just went back because frame already broke. Eugenia (manager) was very rude and gave me her business card to call her manager which to find out it’s the store manager. I went to the service desk and asked to speak to a manager and Timothy the support manager came and didn’t do a dang thing. He said that he would talk to her about it then walked away. This customer service experience was terrible!!! Eugenia needs classes on customer service ASAP!!! I will be telling everyone not to buy glasses from Walmart.

The experience was horrendous with the optometrist she was extremely rude and overall miserable. her primary focus was getting out by 430 even though they closed at 6. My son had a eye and his first contact exam she didn’t teach him how to put them in or take them out and I get because of COvID that may be an issue but at least she could of done was watch. I honestly would not recommend this place at all for Vision care…hey it is Walmart and the service is literally why I was able to get an appointment so quickly. Live and learn.

I should have stuck with my initial intuition with how people reviewed this place. No matter if it’s more convenient don’t bother coming. Waste of time and money.
