I called on 12/18/2024 and spoke with Carla T about my glasses that had broken and she was absolutely wonderful! She explained my warranty and I visited the store the same day and she was so welcoming and helpful. She was by far the most professional individual that I have ever had the pleasure to meet . I will always call first to ensure she is working when I need any vision help as I truly will only want to deal with her . Thank you Carla T for all your assistance!

I've been buying my glasses at the Waldorf MD location for over 10 years & always receive great service. Carla T is an amazing representative for this location. Her caring approach makes every visit a true pleasure!

The ladies here are very friendly and take ample time with you. The glasses arrive quickly and precise. Pretty good selection with a wide variety of prices. The optometrist on duty is great too! Even if you have your exam somewhere else, you should compare pricing with them. They accept most insurances. I saved $300 and was able to get a new pair and replaced my lenses on my old pair, with bifocals, normally this totaled $740

I had my first visit in 2019. I must say this is the first time I have ever had my glasses done correctly and not have to come back for any corrections or changes. I had no problems with distance or reading fine print either. Plus, I did not have to pay an arm and leg for them. I decided to get my next pair of glasses last Thursday and some things have changed as far as the measurements are now being done via digitally and scheduled to pick them up tomorrow. I'll see what happens then.

I love going here. The two Ms. Carla's have become Aunt Carlas and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Customer Service is alive and well at this Walmart Vision and it is because of the wonderful staff. Not to mention they have all been there for years. Says a lot about their work ethic :)
