Walmart Vision Center

BEWARE!-YOU HAVE 60 DAYS to decide on whether you want to keep your glasses. I was told I only had 30 days to return them! When I went to return the glasses,the person told me I was ‘past my 30 days.” She did refund my money. But she acted like she was doing me a special favor. I only found out about the 60 days by calling Walmart’s Corporate Office directly.☹️

I recently visited the Catonsville vision center & had the pleasure of being assisted by Tia. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Tia was knowledgeable, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her professionalism & friendly demeanor really stood out. I left feeling comfortable with my purchase & well taken care of.

Tia is awesome, and this is not the first time I purchased frames from this location. She is very attentive and polite. Explained my insurance and everything in order for me to make the purchase.

I visited this Vision Center on 06/14/2023. First let me commend the entire staff that works there. They were ALL so friendly. Ms. Pat was such a sweet heart for checking me in. Dr. Igene was so gentle and patient with me. I felt so comfortable the entire time being there. HOWEVER, there is one who stand out in such a positive way, NATOYA! I interacted with her when I was making my appointment, and to my surprise she remembered me the moment I walked in. She welcomed me with a big bright smile and a calm friendly tone. What a way to start off my morning, I LOVED IT! She helped me picked my frame, helped me decided on my lens, and little did I know, I was causing damages to my previous lens when She educated me about the thing I should and shouldn’t do. (I got it all wrong before, and thanks to her, I will take better care of my new glasses.) I genuinely appreciated the top tier level customer service she provided to me. I felt IMPORTANT ! And that was more than I expected. Thank you so much for taking care of me NATOYA!

I was in the vision center purchasing some glasses and I was so confused on which one I would like, but there was a sweet young lady named Muriam she was such a sweetheart she really helped me choose the best glasses. And now I feel more confident going out with glasses the ones she helped me pick suit me and they are so comfortable and very durable my other glasses used to break everyday. THANK YOU MISS. MURIAM FOR YOUR HELP. Keep up the great work young lady!
